A lot of Bugs should be fixed in the next firmware release of the LG en V3 Firmware. 1. extremely slow/laggy when texting. the phone sometimes takes a second to catch up with when texting quickly. LG-en V3 info 2. can’t multi task like the env2 did. by this i mean, if i’m composing a message and someone texts me, on the env2 you could read that text, then simply hit clear and go back to composing your message. On the En V3 it dumps your message into the saved drafts. Also, if i’m using backup assistant or surfing the web or checking my email, i can’t read a message and go back to what i was doing. the phone just cancles whatever i was doing. VERY annoying. 3. the phone doesn’t add words to the t9 dictionary. many of my contacts names aren’t in the dictionary, and anything i type on the qwerty keyboard isn’t added to t9 like the env2 did. haha isn’t even in the t9 dictionary! 4. Noticeably worse reception than the En V2. 5. Worse battery life (if this is just because of a faster processor or something then this is fine. not really an issue but it would be great if a software update could make it more efficient) 6. unlocking glitch. sometimes when i get a text it unlocks, but only the okay button, and it keeps saying press okay to unlock but when i do that it just keeps acting like it is unlocked, resulting in me replying with a blank message because i hit okay, reply, send while trying to unlock it. 7. It takes far too long to move the cursor/delete things in text messages. it should work like a computer where if i hold left/right or delete, it should start moving the cursor/deleting characters quickly. The LG en V² is a Verizon Wireless digital messaging feature phone manufactured by LG. It is available in standard black as well as maroon (pomegranate, in Canada). Both the colors are available at Verizon Wireless in the U. S., and Telus stores and Koodo stores in Canada, and were released on the same date. It is also capable of installing VZ Navigator. The original price of the phone at release was 9 after a mail-in-rebate. It had dropped to .99, and then to .99, but as of February 2009, the price has returned to 9.99. Best Buy stores also offer the en V² for a price of .99 with a 2-year contract. As of June 2012, a data plan for the phone is optional.[3] It succeeded both the LG en V ( VX9900) and the original LG The V ( VX9800). The phone's successor, the LG en V3 ( VX9200) was released in 2009. The styling of this phone has been updated from the previous versions. It's slimmer (40% slimmer than original en V lighter (30% lighter than original en V and more pocketable than the previous versions. Its styling is made more comfortable and easier to handle and text, its shaped like a rectangle with both front and back of phone being a flat surface (unlike the original en V). The back of the phone is painted in Soft Touch paint in the phone's respective color (a smooth and grippy paint) making it more comfortable to handle.
