The way it clicks is nice and it only needs a light touch but not too light where you accidentally press the wrong side. It's light weight and portable. I love it. Also recieved it super fast! Simple to use and very effect. Infinity USB-2 Footpedal - Works Great - Solved My Problem I don't know what my problem was, but I felt it was in the footpedal. So, I ordered a new Infinity USB-2 footpedal. It came superfast and from the minute I plugged it in, I have never had the annoying, clunk, clunk and freezing of my program again. I am breezing right along now, all thanks to my new footpedal. Thank you Martel. Great foot pedal Exactly what we needed, works perfectly. Solid pedal Heavy metal case, solid design, quiet buttons. No need to spend more money on other models. Works with most software, I've tried quite a few. Infinity usb2 foot pedal works with Windows 9 operating system I just ran Windows 9 OS and the AL NE transcription kit with the infinity usb2 foot pedal and we are all ok, its compatible. I was worried I would have to buy all new foot pedals and transcription software. I want to be the first to announce it. this is the replacement for the infinity usb1 foot pedal I just thought everyone should know thats searching for the infinity usb1 foot pedal that there is a infinty usb2 foot pedal now.
P. Foot pedals don't work with Express Scribe You can find instructions for the installation and connection of VEC and VPE pedals here. Please also refer to the Connection and Setup item on Foot Pedal Control on the Express Scribe Help Manual ( Help -> Help Contents) if you have not done so already. If you are using Game Port pedals check you have installed game port drivers. If you do not have specific drivers for your pedals, you will need to install the Windows generic 2 axis, 4 button joystick device using the Game Controllers item on the Windows Control Panel. V- Pedals require USB drivers that are provided on the Windows 2000/ XP CD- ROM. When the pedals are first plugged in Windows Plug & Play may ask the user to insert their Windows CD- ROM to locate these. If the user cancels this install process or does not have the Windows CD the pedals will not work when running Express Scribe. Express Scribe must be rerun after the USB drivers are installed from the Windows CD- ROM. You must select the correct port (ie. COM, Game Port or VEC USB) from Express Scribe Settings. You must run the Foot Pedal Setup Wizard from Express Scribe Settings. Please Note: We only provide technical support for foot pedals that we have supplied. If someone else supplied your foot pedal, contact them for support. Q. I received my foot pedal but there was no software included. Please download the software by clicking here.
